Additional Order and Invoice Number Series

Allows you to define multiple series of Sales Order or Invoice Numbers. These series will begin with up to six user-defined alphanumeric characters. During Sales Order or Invoice Entry, key in those alphanumeric characters in the Order Number or Invoice Number field and click the '#' sign to produce the new Order Number or Invoice Number.

Multiple Company Accounts Payable

Adds the concept of multiple Subsidiary companies for a single Agent company. The Check History, Monthly Purchase, and Purchase Analysis Reports have been enhanced to report on Subsidiary company activity.

Cash Basis Accounting and History Posting

Provides the ability to operate a cash basis accounting system in the Accounts Payable module. Posting to the General Ledger occurs only when an Accounts Payable check is generated to pay an Invoice created from Invoice Data Entry or Manual Check Entry. Alternately, you may continue to post to G/L on an accrual basis and use this Extended Solution to track the original G/L distribution of cash disbursements.

Multiple Divisions/Companies on Checks

Allows a single Accounts Payable check to be generated to pay on-file invoices for the same Vendor number in multiple divisions and/or multiple companies.

Cash Basis Accounting for A/R and S/O

Enables Accounts Receivable and Sales Order modules to operate on a cash basis. General Ledger postings, normally occurring when the Sales Journal is updated, are delayed until the payment is applied either through Cash Receipts or customer deposits. Reports are included to list what postings will be made to revenue for all open invoices.

Foreign Currency Processing

Foreign Currency Processing provides a method to enter and maintain Invoices in a foreign currency (with a default currency conversion factor by division) and post to the General Ledger in U.S. Dollars.

For each check that pays funds for another company code, additional General Ledger entries will be created offsetting 'Due To' and 'Due From' accounts that you specify in new Company Code Offset Account Maintenance program. Payee Vendor Check Processing

Allows you to designate a separate 'payee' vendor on an Invoice via a Custom Office UDF. This payee vendor's name and address can be printed on checks.

Accounts Payable Interface with CPA Practice Manager

Allows you to synchronize CPA Practice Manager Client, Employee and Service Code data against three corresponding User Defined Validation tables in Sage 100. When the corresponding UDFs have been added to the detail grid, Invoice Entry and Manual Check Entry of an Invoice on the fly will prompt the user to fill in this data (it is not required). Invoice Register update and Manual Check Register update have been modified to export the A/P data back to CPA Practice Manager's SQL Time In table.

A/P Invoice Date as G/L Posting Date

Posts G/L Daily Postings from the A/P Invoice Register Update using the A/P Invoice Date. During the A/P Invoice Register Update, the A/P Invoice Date is used for the G/L Daily Posting file Posting Date rather than the Accounts Payable Posting Date. There will be one balanced G/L Posting for each unique Invoice Date in the file.

Terms Codes with Multiple Due Dates

Allows an unlimited number of due dates and a corresponding percentage of the invoice amount to be assigned to designated terms codes during A/P Invoice Entry. Invoice Payment Selection and the A/P Aging process have been modified to recognize portions of Invoices for aging and payment selection.

A/R Ship-to Addresses

Adds Ship-To Addresses to A/R Invoices and Repetitive Invoices. The Ship-To Addresses may be maintained from Customer Maintenance, as if the Sales Order module were installed. Each Ship-To Address is assigned a 'Ship-To Code.'

Enhanced Salesperson Commission Report

Adds an Enhanced Salesperson Commission Report to the A/R Reports menu. Some of the features of this report are to include invoice line detail, exclude invoices with zero commissions, calculate commissions on partial payments, and make the report date sensitive.

Automatic Credit Hold Utility

Automatic Credit Hold Utility allows you to set a customer's Credit Hold flag by printing the Aged Invoice Report. A customer will be flagged as on Credit Hold if they either exceeded their credit limit or have an A/R account balance greater than zero on or before the Credit Hold Aging Cutoff Date.

Expanded Numeric Mask for Price/Cost/Quantity

Allows for the specification of a numeric mask of up to six decimal places for the Unit Price field, and up to five decimal places for Quantity and Cost fields for the Miscellaneous Items used in the Accounts Receivable module. These masks will be used for field entry in Invoice Data Entry and Repetitive Invoice Entry and for display in Invoice History Inquiry.

Customer with National Accounts

Allows a Bill To Customer for each A/R Customer. Additionally, if you are using divisions in A/R, you can specify one A/R division as a 'Bill To' division and one as a 'Sold To' division. An option to select and sort by Sold To Division has been added to the A/R Aging Report.

Invoice History Edit

Allows you to edit selected portions of the Accounts Receivable Invoices from Invoice History Inquiry.

Repetitive Invoice Enhancement

Import into Cash Receipts

This import utility creates Cash Receipt entries directly from an ASCII file. The entries can be maintained and deleted through Cash Receipts Data Entry.

Enhanced Credit Checking

Modifies the credit checking process in Accounts Receivable Invoice Entry, Sales Order Entry, Sales Order Invoice Entry, RMA Entry and RMA Receipts Entry. Two new role maintenance Module Options have been added: 'Allow Credit Terms Override' and 'Allow Credit Hold Override'. The existing Module Option to 'Allow Credit Limit Override' will now check only the status of the credit limit. Also adds a log file to track which orders/invoices have experienced Credit Hold, Credit Limit, or Credit Terms overrides as well as recording who performed the override.

Contract Receivables System

Provides a simple way to track information on loans outstanding. In addition, it provides a method for dividing payments into Principal, Interest, Impoundment and Late Fees. There is an option to calculate interest on a daily rate and, if in use, there is also an option to calculate a loan payoff amount. A menu option is available to print 1098 Forms and clear the YTD fields for all loans.

A/R Invoicing of Jobs to Multiple Customers

Allows you to select a Job Number that is unrelated to the Customer Number on the Invoice in Accounts Receivable Invoice Entry and Repetitive Invoice Entry.

Sales Tax Reduced by Discounts in Cash Receipts

Adds a Discount field to the AR Sales Tax file. When an Invoice has a terms discount applied to it in Cash Receipts, Cash Receipt Journal update writes a record to this field. This record will be used for calculated reduction of the sales tax.

Security by Division (1)

Adds security by Division to specific locations in Sales Order, Accounts Receivable and Inventory Management. Users without clearance will not be allowed to enter Division Codes in specific reports, data entry, and inquiry Screens. You can set up your list to include or exclude Users.

Security for Customer/Salesperson by User Code

Adds the ability to set up security for Customers or Salespersons, by user code, for Inquiry options in the Sales Order and Accounts Receivable modules. Only authorized users or users not entered in the security file will be able to access specified Customer or Salesperson data.

Enhanced Commission Edit Register Update

Changes the update of the Commission Edit Register to create one Accounts Payable invoice per Accounts Receivable invoice processed. The A/P Invoice Comment will be set to one of the following: A/R Invoice Number and Invoice Date, Sales Subject To Commission and Commission Rate, or Job Number and A/R Invoice Number.

Commission Rate by Price Level

Allows the setup of a Commission Rate by Product Line and Price Level.

A/R Commission Report with Job Number SubSort

Adds a Job Number sort option to the A/R Commission Report. When this option is selected, the report will only print Commissions Payable when certain conditions are met.

Invoice History Collections Notations

Adds the ability to view and add multiple notations to A/R Invoice History Invoices.

Customer Purchase Order Validation

In Accounts Receivable Invoice Entry checks to see if a Customer Purchase Order Number is currently being used or is referenced on any Invoices in History for this Customer. If it has been used, a window will pop up, listing all instances found.

Enhanced Paperless Office Customer Viewer

Adds a column for a user specified Job Cost Job Billing UDF to the Paperless Office Customer Viewer.

Customer Price Schedule Lookup

Adds a new Price Lookup option button that will be available in Accounts Receivable Customer Maintenance, Accounts Receivable Customer Inquiry and in Sales Order Entry. This button allows you to display a listing of the Inventory Items for which the customer has a Customer Price Schedule.

Expanded Mask for Quantity/Cost

This part is combined with BM-1078 and sold as DP-1001. It is not sold separately. The Bill of Materials module allows you to specify the number of decimal places (up to 5) you want to use in the Quantity and Unit Cost fields.

Segment Substitution On The Fly for Cash Receipts

Modifies the Account Receivable Cash Receipts Journal to perform the same segment substitution logic on the Accounts Receivable account as was used when the invoice was updated with SO-1056: Segment Substitution On The Fly. SO-1056 must be installed and the Substitute Segment in Accounts Receivable Account option must be checked.

Customer Warranty Database

Adds a database for storing product warranty information by customer. Records can be entered directly into this database or from Sales Order Line Entry or Customer Maintenance. Sales Journal Update has been modified to write additional data to the warranty record. Additionally, User Defined Fields have been added to Custom Office for Warranty Maintenance.

Production Entry from S/O Invoice Entry

Adds a utility which generates production entries from Sales Order Invoices.

This part is combined with BM-1005 as part of DP-1001. It is not sold separately. Adds the ability to use up to six places of decimal precision for calculations in Bill of Materials.

Multiple Company Bank Reconciliation

Consolidates like records across multiple company codes into a single entry in the company code in which the solution is enabled. Checks will always be consolidated. Check consolidation criteria includes same check number, date, type and source. Deposits and adjustments can be consolidated or left as individual records. Criteria for consolidation of deposits and adjustments are same adjustment type and date. The records will be cleared from the source companies as the consolidation is performed.

Bank Reconciliation Security by Bank Code

Bank Reconciliation Security By Bank Code allows you to set up security by User Code for up to ten specified Bank Codes.

Enhanced Custom Office User Defined Fields

Enhances the Custom Office module by adding the ability to specify a User Defined Field as one of the following standard data field types: A/R Customer Number, A/P Vendor Number, G/L Account Number, Sales Order Number, Item Number, Sequence Number, or Unique Sequence Number. Multiple Company General Journal Entry

Adds the ability to specify a Company Code as part of the General Journal distribution line entry. Upon finishing General Journal line entry, debits and credits are checked for each company. An error message is presented if any company is out of balance. General Journal update will make postings to the appropriate company.

Multiple Company General Ledger Detail Report

Adds the ability to print the General Ledger Detail Report for Multiple Companies using the same sort and selection criteria.

Secondary Company Posting of GL Detail

Adds the ability to specify a Secondary Company Code for G/L Detail Posting. During the update of any transaction to the GL Detail Posting file, the G/L transaction detail data of the originating company will post in its entirety to the G/L Daily Posting file of the specified Secondary Company Code.

Multiple Company Allocation Journal Entry

Adds a company code to each line during Allocation Entry. GL-1034, Multiple Company General Journal Entry and GL-1056, 'Due To'/'Due From' Account Support for GL-1034 must be installed and enabled for this solution to function.

Due To'/'Due From' Account Support of GL-1034

Add additional posting functionality to GL-1034: Multiple Company General Journal Entry. Additional General Ledger entries will be created to offsetting Due To and Due From accounts via a new Company Code Offset Account Maintenance program. GL-1034 must be installed and enabled.

Multiple Company Transaction Journal Entry

Add the ability to specify a Company Code as part of the Transaction Journal distribution line entry when the line's transaction type is a Document Reference, a Deposit, or an Adjustment. Upon Transaction Journal update, offset account postings will be made to the specified Agent Debit account and to the specified Subsidiary Companies' Credit account.

Multiple Company Recurring Journal Entry

Adds the ability to specify a Company Code as part of the distribution line entry of a Recurring Journal. The transactions within each company code referenced must balance. GL-1034: Multiple Company General Journal Entry must be installed and enabled for this solution to function.

Bank Reconciliation Integration with General Journal

Allows you to associate Bank Codes with specific General Ledger Account Numbers by Source Journal. When that Source Journal is referenced in General Journal update, it will post each line's transaction amount to the Bank Code associated with that account as a 'Deposit' type Bank Reconciliation transaction.

Daily Amortization Utility for Service Contracts

Provides an amortization utility which uses a daily rate for the purpose of recognizing revenue on service contracts (Sales Order Invoices). These service contracts can have varying terms: 6, 12 or 18 months, for example. The start and stop date of each contract is defined in the Invoice header, stored in Custom Office User Defined fields. As part of the utility's function, journal postings would then be created for each service contract for the monthly accrual amount.

GL Multi Company Bundle

This part includes GL-1026, GL-1034, GL-1042, GL-1054, GL-1056, GL-1057, GL-1058, GL-1059.

Unit of Measure Conversion Factors with Six Decimals

Allows for six decimal places in the Unit of Measure Conversion factor in Product Line Maintenance and in I/M Maintenance for the Sales and Purchase Units of Measure. The Inventory Item Listing will show the Sales and Purchase Unit of Measure Conversion Factors to six decimals.

Consolidated Issues to Jobs

Changes the method in which Inventory issues are posted to the Job Cost Daily Transaction Detail file.

Overstock Entry and Transfer

Adds a data file that stores overstock entries of inventory items by warehouse (which is referred to as a 'store'). Other stores can review what's in the database by store or item at any time and make transfer requests. A processed transfer request will decrement the overstock quantity in the file. The overstock and transfer quantities do not interact with any standard quantity field. Purchase Order line entry will check this database to see if an overstock exists for an inventory item before allowing a new order to be placed.

Contract Pricing by Valid Date

Adds three additional options to Inventory Item Pricing for Customer/Date, Price Level/Date, and Customer/Price Level/Date. Sales Orders and Sales Order Invoices will check for this new pricing method and if a match is found, will substitute this pricing method over the standard pricing method.

Reorder Information Recalculation Utility

Adds a utility for recalculating the Minimum Order Quantity, Reorder Point and the Maximum On Hand Quantity for each item based on the item's Average Monthly Usage. The Average Monthly Usage (AMU) is calculated as Sales (including returns), Inventory Issues, Bill of Material Issues, Work Order Issues and Transfers of an Item within a warehouse over a specified period. Any item which had reorder information changed as a result of the recalculation process will have its reorder information written to the log file.

Item Price Lookup by Price Level

Adds Item Price Lookup by Price Level to the I/M Main menu.

Quantity Required For Bill of Materials

Uses the Item Warehouse 'Req for WO' field to store the 'Req for BM' quantity for all Standard type Bills referenced on Sales Orders. These component quantities will then subtract from 'Qty on Hand' in the 'Qty Available' calculation.

Apparel Matrix for Inventory and Sales Order

Enables you to specify an item as a 'Master' Item and to setup a list of 'Associated' Items for each Master Item. During Sales Order Entry, as you key in a Master Item, a list of all of its Associated Items will pop up. You can browse this list, filling in quantities to order for each of the Associated Items. As you exit this window, Sales Order lines will be populated with the selected items in the window and the appropriate order quantity.

Email Manager

Send broadcast email messages to individuals, selected ranges or your entire Customer and Vendor contacts database from within Sage 100. Text, HTML, and any file type can be sent/attached. All emails will be individualized to each contact you select. You can create and maintain Broadcast Fax databases for emailing a variety of Cover Letters and files to a range of info sources. Broadcast Fax databases can be created from Customer, Vendor, X-Entry and Phone Book information. You can also create a database from an imported .csv file. You can email most reports from Sage 100 directly to their intended recipients using the Customer, Vendor, or Phone Book entries. You can email graphical forms from within Sage 100 directly to the company and contact on the form. Establish a file of contacts by using the Phone Book feature. This Phone Book is available in addition to the Customer and Vendor contacts in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. You can include any number of attachments to your email. These documents can include prospect literature, company policies, or other files. These additional documents can be Word, Excel, PCL, PDF, Postscript, or ASCII text documents. The email memo feature allows you to track all email transmissions in summary or detail. These memos can be created automatically in the Phone Book, Customer, or Vendor files.

Alias Item Search in Inventory

Adds the Alias Item Entry and Search to Inventory Maintenance, Inventory Inquiry, Inventory Transaction Entry and Physical Count Entry.

FaxMaster

Through Fax & E-Mail Data Entry you can fax a Cover Letter with comments. You can also fax multiple files that have been setup in Attachments. You can create and maintain Broadcast Fax databases for faxing a variety of Cover Letters and files to a range of info sources. Broadcast Fax databases can be created from Customer, Vendor, X-Entry and Phone Book information. You can also create a database from an imported .csv file. You can fax most reports from Sage 100 directly to their intended recipients using the Customer, Vendor, or Phone Book entries. You can fax or e-mail graphical forms from within Sage 100 directly to the company and contact on the form. Establish a file of contacts by using the Phone Book feature. This Phone Book is available in addition to the Customer and Vendor contacts in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Design your own Cover Letter to be attached to any fax document, including custom comments or graphics. You can assign a different Cover Letter to each fax type (Quick, Broadcast, Report and Form Fax) and create and merge custom comments on your Cover Letters at the time of faxing. Also supports cover letters created with the VSI-FAX CoverMaker Utility. You can include any number of attachments to your fax. These documents can include prospect literature, company policies, or other files. These additional documents can be faxed into the fax server and stored as a .tif document, or they can be Word, Excel, PCL, PDF, Postscript, or ASCII text documents. The fax and e-mail memo feature allows you to track all fax and e-mail transmissions in summary or detail. These memos can be created automatically in the Phone Book, Customer, or Vendor files. Transmittal Reports can be printed for your records. These reports show who the communication was sent to, when they were sent, what comments were included, and what additional documents were attached. FaxMaster requires either VSI-FAX Fax Server Software or access to an Internet service for faxing such as MyFax.

Adds internet faxing capabilities to Paperless Office forms by converting faxes to emails for the following providers: Faxaway, eFax, MaxEmail, Protus.

PO Line Merge

This solution adds a new MERGE button to Purchase Order Line Entry, allowing the user to import or 'merge' data from any other Purchase Order, Sales Order, A/R Invoice History Invoice or Memo (Item, Vendor or Customer). The User can delimit Line Types and Price options to be merged. This feature will speed up Purchase Order creation and improve consistency through standard comments and layouts.

PO Requisition

Blytheco's Purchase Order Requisition allows users to send a Purchase request to their purchasing agent/department to request items to be purchased. Requires Email Manager (BCE-M9LM0002). Control your buying process! PO Requisition can include just a description or require all fields for a PO. The purchasing agent can then send out bid requests to multiple vendors. Approval Sequence: Multiple people can be listed per requisition to approve or reject the request. Blytheco's Email Manager then sends automatic email notifications to the people required to review the requisition. They each need to open the request and either Approve or Reject the request. Approval levels can be defined according to the employee type and dollar limits they are authorized to approve. Email Notifications: If the request is approved, the original requester is notified via email. The purchasing agent can then automatically create a Purchase Order based upon the accepted bid to place the order. You define multiple security options and approval level options to meet your company's needs.

Custom Comment Posting to GL

The G/L posting comment for the P/O Receipt of Goods/Invoice and P/O Return of Goods can be customized when posting to the following accounts: 1) Purchases Clearing, 2) Inventory Account, 3) Special Item Cost Account and 4) Miscellaneous Charge Account.

Special Items Clearing Account

A purchases clearing account can be specified for special and miscellaneous items. This new account functions substantially like the inventory purchases clearing account and will even handle variances between received cost and invoiced cost.

Receipts Update to Not Refresh P/O Unit Cost

Will prevent the update of a Unit Cost entered during Purchase Order Receipt of Goods or Receipt of Invoice that differs from the Unit Cost originally entered on the Purchase Order to be written back to the original Purchase Order.

Items Purchased to Job as Inventory Issuances

Allows Purchase Order Receipts that include Inventory Items tagged for a Job Number to be treated as Inventory Issues.

SO Line Merge

This solution adds a new MERGE button to Sales Order Entry and S/O Invoice Data Entry. Use this solution to import or 'merge' data from any other Purchase Order, Sales Order, A/R Invoice History Invoice or Memo (Item, Vendor or Customer). You can delimit Line Types and Price options to be merged. This feature will speed up Sales Order, Quote, and Invoice creation to improve consistency through standard comments and layouts.

SO PO Link

An ideal enhancement for companies that purchase product as required for Sales Orders! This enhancement allows Sales Order lines and Purchase Order lines to be cross-referenced or linked together. SO to PO Link provides a more efficient and effective procedure for managing the current Purchase Order and availability status of Sales Order lines. See the status of any Sales Order line via screen display or Sales Order Status Report. Sales Order lines can be linked to specific Purchase Orders from within both Sales Order and Purchase Order Data Entry. In addition, if you use the standard Sage 100 Auto Generate Purchase Order feature, all lines on the generated Purchase Order will be linked automatically to the appropriate Sales Order lines.

S/O Line Print Suppression by UDF

Using a Sales Order Detail UDF and a Sales Order Invoice Detail UDF as the print/no print flag, this solution sets the default value for the UDF based on the line type. The user can then modify Crystal Reports with a formula to suppress the printing of lines whose UDF is checked.

Enhanced Promise Date by Line Item

Adds additional functionality to the Promise Date field in the lines section of Sales Orders and Sales Order Invoices. You can refresh existing lines with a change to the header Ship Date. The Promise Date is added to the S/O Invoice grid in the same manner as Order Entry. Picking Sheet selection has been modified with a range of Promise Dates.

Item Sales History

Allows you to view detailed Item Sales History by Customer/Item Number from Sales Order Entry, S/O Invoice Entry, A/R Customer Maintenance and Inquiry and Inventory Item Maintenance and Inquiry.

S/O Weight and User Defined Category Item

Adds a floating window to the Lines tab of Sales Orders and Sales Order Invoices. For Inventory Item lines, it displays Weight Each, Weight Extended (Quantity Ordered times Weight Each), Order Total Weight and a User Defined Inventory Category Code: Each, Extended Amount and Order Total.

Salesperson Commission by Product Line/Item Number

Adds a new entry screen to A/R Salesperson Maintenance for entering Salesperson Commission by Product Line or Item Number. During the commission calculation in the Pre Sales Journal Update, Salesperson Commission by Item Number will take precedence over Salesperson Commission by Product Line and Salesperson Commission by Product Line will take precedence over standard Inventory Item commission calculation.

Sales Order/Invoice Line Item Sorting Options

Sales Order and Sales Order Invoice lines may be sorted by: Item Number, Warehouse/Bin Location/Item Number, Item Category Code, Vendor Number, Item Description, Product Line/Item Number, Item Number/SO Detail UDF.

Sales Order Commissions by Line Item

Segment Substitution On The Fly

Adds 'Segment Sub Account' fields to Sales Order and S/O Invoice entry. They can be substituted in the accounts associated with Sales Orders or Invoice lines, or the Sales Journal update process. Segment substitution can occur for the following accounts: Sales, COGS, Freight, Account Receivable.

Subtotals/Running Totals on Sales Orders and Invoices

Creates either Running Totals or Subtotals during Sales Order and Invoice Line Entry. A RUNNING TOTAL is defined as the total of all quantities or extended amounts from the top of the order/invoice up to the RUNTOT comment line. A SUBTOTAL is defined as all of the quantities and amounts between two SUBTOT comment lines. The totals displayed can be any combination of Total Quantity Ordered, Total Quantity Shipped, Total Quantity Back Ordered or Total Order Extension.

Ship To/Ship Via by Line Item

Adds the Ship To code and the Ship Via shipping code to the Sales Order and S/O Invoice detail line.

Kit Explosion to Convert Components to Items

Changes the way exploded Kits are processed in Sales Order and Sales Order Invoice Entry. The components become regular inventory lines while the kit line will either be deleted or will become: a special item, a discounted item, a regular item or a non-discounted item depending on what you specify.

Customer Discount Rate by Line Item

Adds a Customer Discount Rate field to the Sales Order and Sales Order Invoice header screens. The value entered in this new field will be the default value in the Line Discount % field for the order.

Terms Code by Line Item in Sales Order

Adds a Terms Code field to the Sales Order Lines grid. It is active on all line types except Comment lines. Additionally, you may specify an Inventory Item User Defined Category to hold the default Terms Code for Inventory line.

Bill Option Description and Price on Sales Order Forms

Modifies the Sales Order and Sales Order Invoice work files with additional fields for printing the Bill of Material Option Category Number, Option Code Number, Option Code Description (lines 1 and 2), the corresponding price associated with the selected Option Code, and the price extension as well as an adjusted option code price which is calculated.

Sliding Scale Commissions by Items

Allows commissions generated from Sales Order invoices to be calculated on a sliding scale based on either the gross profit percentage or the unit price of the individual Inventory line items. Additionally, you may calculate a line item's commission amount by applying the commission rate arrived at by this solution to the line item extension rather than using the Inventory item's standard commission method.

On Demand Sales Order Fill Report

Adds a utility which scans sales orders and makes allocation recommendations for order fulfillment based on the on hand inventory and the selection criteria specified. A report will print detailing the selections. Additional options exist which will automatically select Picking Sheets for printing, calculate and auto-select the number of Shipping Labels needed for each order, create a Master Picking Ticket Report that summarizes the Item Numbers, Descriptions and Total Quantity for all selected orders and generate a 'batch' of Sales Order Invoices from the selected Sales Orders.

Enhanced Batch Processing

Enhances Sales Order Invoice batch processing function to allow invoices to be selected individually for batch merge. User can denote that the invoice is 'Complete' and therefore available to be merged into another batch, then modify batch entry with an 'Available to Update' flag. Invoice Date can be updated during batch merge.

Multiple Sales Orders on a Single Invoice

Enables one Sales Order Invoice to be created containing line items from multiple Sales Orders for the same customer. This enhancement is not compatible with the Credit Card Processing Module.

General Ledger Account Number Override by Code

Allows you to maintain a list of Override Codes which can be applied at a document level or a line level to change the Cost of Goods Sold and Sales Accounts.

Component Items Not Resorted During Sales Entry

Displays exploded kit component items on Sales Orders and Sales Order Invoices in the same order they appear in Bill of Materials, not alphabetically as per standard.

Item Pricing by Total Quantity

Allows the price of Inventory Items entered on a Sales Order to be recalculated using one of the following methods: Total Quantity of all items in a Product Line, Total Quantity of all items on the Sales Order, Sum of the Quantity Ordered, Total Quantity of all items in a Category Code.

Standard Order From Master Order

Allows the user to set the quantity to zero while creating Standard Orders from Master Orders. Modifies the prompt line while on the Quantity Ordered field to display: the Master Order's Original quantity and Balance quantity, this standard Sales Order's Quantity Ordered and the Qty Available for the warehouse referenced. Has an option to delete item lines from Standard and Back Order type Sales Orders if the Quantity Ordered and Quantity Back Ordered fields equal zero and the order's header references a Master Order Number. Has an option to refresh the Master Order's Ordered Quantity and Balance Quantity from Sales Order Invoicing.

Drop Ship Warehouse For Sales Order and Purchase Order

Allows for transactions to be made in the Inventory module for items which have been drop shipped. The user will not check the DS box in Sales Order and will not create a Drop Ship type purchase order. Instead they will reference a setup specific warehouse on the sales order and purchase order. When this warehouse is used on a sales order line you will have access to the Unit Cost field. When this warehouse is used on a standard purchase order, you will be allowed to create the purchase order from a sales order.

Line Item Discount Validation by Product Line

Adds the ability to default and validate an inventory line discount percent by Product Line in Sales Order and Invoice entry. A new button has been added to 'Refresh' discounts for all lines with matching product lines.

Automatic Next Order/Invoice Number by Division

Allows you to specify the 'Next' Sales Order and Invoice Number by Division.

Back Orders Allowed by Customer

Adds the ability to specify on a Customer level whether or not back orders are allowed.

Invoices with Multiple Due Dates

Allows up to five due dates to be assigned to designated terms codes during S/O Invoice Entry. A percentage of the invoice amount can be designated due for each of the due dates.

Additional Fees Posted to Item Sales Account

Modifies Sales Order Sales Journal Update to reduce what is posted to the item's Sales account by three numeric amounts. The numerics are labeled Freight 1, Freight 2 and Galvanizing and are calculated from three user-specified detail UDFs and the line's weight extension. The numerics will post to two specified G/L Account Numbers. These fields have no impact on the unit price or line extension.

Zone Delivery Charges

Adds the ability to charge a freight rate based on individual Inventory items and the zones to which they will be delivered.

Commission Rate Table by Salesperson/Customer/Item Number

Adds a new Commission Rate Maintenance Program which allows the user to specify Commission Rate by combinations of Salesperson/Customer/Item Number. An effective date can be associated with the record which will be compared with Invoice date to determine which commission record to use.

Enhanced Bill Explosion and Printing for Sales Order

Modifies the explosion logic in Sales Order Entry for Standard, Kit, and Engineering types of Bills of Material. For these bill types, special explosion processing will only occur when the bill has a specific value in the second line of the description. Additionally this solution provides a consolidated picking sheet report which will combine identical inventory items into one line.

Enhanced Shipping Data Entry

Adds four new options to Shipping Data Entry. Removes the restriction and/or warning against processing Orders in Shipping Entry when a Customer is on Credit Hold or has exceeded his or her Credit Limit. Prevents freight recalculation when a specified Order Header UDF is set to a particular value. Issues audible alerts any time the user over ships a line or selects an item that is not on the order. Defaults all lines to the color of red, and then changes to black as they are shipped.

Freight Rate as Percentage of Order/Invoice Total

Used in conjunction with the Base Amount field, the system will assess Sales Order freight as either a percentage of the Order/Invoice total amount or the Base Amount, whichever is greater.

Globally Set SO Line UDFs by Product Line

Allows you to globally set the value of one Custom Office Sales Order Line User Defined Field across all inventory lines based on its Product Line.

Kit Component Display Suppression

Modifies Sales Order Entry and Invoice Data Entry to display only those Kit Component Lines of bills that have their 'Print Components' flag in Bill Of Materials checked. Sales Order Inquiry, Order/Quote History Inquiry, and A/R Invoice History have also been similarly modified.

Auto Addition of a Companion Item Number

Allows you to specify by Inventory item if another item should be added to a Sales Order or Invoice. The companion item to be added can vary. It will be stored in a specified Inventory Custom Office UDF of the item which requires it.

Sales Order Defaults

Adds field defaulting and processing changes to Sales Order entry and Sales Order Invoice entry.

Variable Kit Component Quantity

Modifies the Component Qty Ordered for exploded Kit Items by allowing you to apply a Product Line assigned `factor` to the Kit item, thereby increasing the Quantity Ordered of each component.

Square Foot Calculation using Feet & Inches

Modifies Sales Order entry to calculate the quantity ordered in square feet based on user entered values for Length, Width, and Number of Pieces.

Terms Code Override by Miscellaneous Item

Changes the Terms Code on the Sales Order or S/O Invoice based on a Miscellaneous Item code.

Multiple Jobs on a Single Invoice

Allows you to reference different Job Numbers on each Sales Order line when Sales Order has been integrated with Job Cost.

VI Log Archive Utility

Solves the challenge that many customers, who do Visual Integrator Imports and Exports on a regular basis, face. Currently only the last import or export is saved by the Sage 100 system. This Blytheco enhancement automatically creates an archive of every Visual Integrator job from the time the customization is installed. This allows you to report on or review any previously run Visual Integrator jobs. You can see both the summary information as well as drill down on the details and see the individual records for each job. You can also review the information by user, date, company or even combine logs together to review an entire month of imports or exports to look for failed records.

VI Email Notification Utility

Solves the challenge that many customers face who do Visual Integrator Imports and Exports on a regular basis. Currently there is no way to know if any exports or imports failed without going into each individual daily log and reviewing that log. This Blytheco enhancement allows the user to setup an automatic Email (SMTP) notification whenever any import or export is run. The Enhancement also allows the user to ONLY be notified when failures occur. The user can setup to have only summary information sent or to include details about any failed records. This is very helpful for companies that run multiple automated imports.

Pricing by Product Line/Customer

Adds Product Line/Customer Pricing to the Inventory Price Code File. It can be maintained from Customer Item Pricing Maintenance.
